The supply chain Leader will coordinate and Lead all aspects of the supply chain which consists of five parts:

• The plan or strategy (Growth & Supply chain Transformation)

• The source of raw materials (Lead Time and Service)

• Manufacturing/Supply chain (focused on productivity and efficiency)

• Delivery and logistics (Service and Lead Time)

• The return system (for defective or unwanted products).

Leads & Promotes EHS

• Primary point of contact for the site to corporate office, an integrated team member working alongside other members of the European team leading the UK site in all aspects of EHS.
  Leads & Promotes Best SUPPLY Chain Excellence

• Leads all operational activities relevant to the UK operation. Development of supply chain excellence across the EMEA Network with services and SQDC/Strategic KPI targets.

• Works alongside all other ICO supply teams to encourage passion for superior SQDC customer service LEVELS.

• Establishes process performance metrics, tracking, analyzing reporting performance in terms of SQDC and taking corrective action where necessary.

• Coaches, trains and develops the local Organization to ensure the performance bar is continually raised.

• Continually reviews the supply chain Network for LT, service cost benefit opportunities/Improvement.

• Promotes and engage team with new initiatives – S&OP, pull replenishment, lean Sigma wtc.

P&L responsibility

• Leads the adoption of a “one team approach” that collectively challenges the sales forecast for accuracy and supporting cost structures to ensure efficient and responsive alignment to shareholders and customer needs.

• Able to challenge and suggest improvement techniques to all aspects of cost and performance of the business.

• Tactics and techniques

• Deploys resource/intervention strategies where and when required to tackle Customer, Supplier and Cost related issues.

• Share process improvements with other units

• Brings strategy & forward thinking to the Business

• Plans for success in the mid-term to Long term (STRAP)
