Key Account Manager Luxemburg
For a global player in the electronics industry, we are currently recruiting a Key Account Manager in Luxemburg.
The Key Account Manager is responsible for building and fostering relationships with named accounts (installers, end-users and specifiers) in order to maximize sales and profitability with these accounts. This position provides a unique opportunity for you to push your sales skills in a complex environment with offering your customers a wide range of products and complex solutions related to digital systems and solutions.
Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with key personnel at named accounts and maximize sales opportunities by increasing share of accounts' purchases.
Creating action plans to penetrate key accounts, identify multiple stakeholders and engage internal resources while driving the sales process
Driving for highest levels of customer satisfaction understanding challenges that are critical to customers and takes a solution-based approach.
Be able to demonstrate the financial outcomes for the investing party.
Identify/create new commercial opportunities leveraging deep understanding of the market key players.
Proven track record in key account management in a B2B Luxembourgish market
Strong history of quota achievement with a strong technical commercial experience presenting products and/or services to accounts
Experience in a market/customer facing role
You have a master’s degree or equivalent in technology/sciences, business management, or a related discipline
You are bilingual French/German, with a good knowledge of English
