Effective in all areas
We train up to 10,000 people a year. They tell us that the
content of our training helps them in their work and in their
personal lives by equipping them with the practical skills
they need. In fact, over the past four years a consistent
97% of delegates say they are either ‘satisfied’
or ‘highly satisfied’ with the training days they
have attended. Their employers are happy too; they tell us
so and they keep coming back for more.
Training should be entertaining, informative and engaging.
It must also be of practical use. Appropriate training tells
staff they are valued, that their employer is interested in
helping them develop their skills and their careers. Customers
and service users also benefit because staff are more skilled
in their interactions and appear more professional. This adds
up to cost effective training that improves efficiency and
the organisation’s image.
