How to Get your Team to Work Better
Few people have elected to be in the teams they work in. This
may result in differences and difficulties that at the very
least mean lost time and at worst result in major clashes. This
workshop acts as a ‘team building’ session. It can
be used to clarify team objectives, protocols and codes of behaviour,
with the aim of creating a healthier, happier and more productive
team.
