Disability Discrimination Awareness - A short course for staff
This short, three hour course will enable staff in the workforce to understand the impact of the Disability Discrimination Act on their organisation and to develop appropriate ways of working working with disabled colleagues and serving disabled customers.
It is interactive with opportunity for case studies, discussion and practical exercises.
