PPC Training and Development is the training and consultancy division of PPC Worldwide.
Our training enables people, teams and organisations to go about their jobs more effectively, more productively and in greater safety. We also provide consultancy in the form of staff surveys, mediation and other services. Our trainers and consultants are all actively working in their chosen fields. In preparing the training we deliver, we are guided by our experience of working in clinical and public service settings and informed by research, government legislation and union recommendations with regard to the respect and dignity of all participants.

Staff Training

Consultation

Equality Policy
The content of our training courses
explicitly encourages a stance which respects the diversity
of our cultures and the rights of the individual. Our trainers
are sensitive to equality issues and deliver their training
accordingly.
PPC Training and Development is continually working with organisations
and groups for whom matters of equality are central to their
ethos. In particular we are involved in several specific cross
cultural initiatives where interpersonal strife has made intervention
a matter of urgency. These relate to topics such as conflict
in schools and the community, respect for racial identity, mental
health, relationship and gender issues. |
